Weekly Rental

Renting Chateau de Clerac is on a self-catering basis (although a cleaning service and occasional catered meals are possible) to one party of guests at a time. Beds will have clean linen upon your arrival, and towels are provided.

2 Price Bands

For groups of up to 8 people, you have the choice of renting half the chateau (4 doubles - Pauillac, St. Julien, Pomerol & Lalande de Pomerol). For larger groups, the whole chateau must be rented. The château sleeps up to 15 comfortably (6 doubles, 1 triple). 2 additional single matresses (with linen) are also available to rent on a weekly basis (60€ each) so that up to 17 people can be accommodated.

All prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 4pm and departing by 10am.

10% reduction for 2 consecutive weeks' rental or more (low & mid seasons only)

The price includes heating*, water, electricity and use of bikes. Telephone usage will be billed separately on departure.

Weekend Rental

The Château is also available on a weekend rental basis (Friday evening - Sun Evening) depending on the season. Please contact us to check for pricing and availability.

Reservation

Reservations can be made by email, telephone or fax. We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. Until we receive this deposit your reservation will be provisional only. The balance is then due 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival. Your deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled rental.

Security Deposit

500 Euros cash, payable upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you no later than one week after you leave, less any eventual deductions for breakages, extra cleaning, etc. Please be thoughtful enough to leave our home the way we entrusted it to you.
